    I like the fact that they have wooden handles on them and a wooden top on the unit. The drawers hold a lot of stuff and they are very sturdy. I purchased not only the four drawer unit but I got the five drawer unit as well and they look great side by side and the solid tops make them look great together.

    I got this as a dresser for my daughter and should¡¯ve looked at the dimensions because it¡¯s smaller than I thought but it¡¯s still cute and she loves it! Perfect for small spaces, but it definitely needs to be treated with care, it would definitely bend or break if it had something to heavy on top and I could see the drawers getting messed up pretty easily, so idk if $60 is really worth it but I still like it!

    It great product my something needs to be done in how the handles are packed. My handles arrives broken. I would not recommend for heavy things like jeans..shirts and light material is best.

    This drawer is pretty good and sturdy. I thought it was a big drawer for many cloths, however it is much smaller than expected. Overall, it worth buying if you don't expect to store too many stuff.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
