    I like that they fold up. Great space saver. Had a lot of scratches on them when received that is why the 4 stars. seem comfortable and sturdy. They said the newer production of lounges where rust proof. Hope they sent out the new production to me. I took a chance , I will see what happens this summer when they get wet.

    I bought this for my husband who is 6'5" and 220 lbs. It fits him and is sturdy enough for a big guy!

    Best Buy for the money. Solid construction. 2nd time I¡¯ve ordered this pair as the others are at our vacation home. Just one warning...they are a bit short in size. If your 6¡¯2¡±....look for bigger units. Otherwise...they are great.

    It's lightweight where I can carry it on my own. Back position changes easily while sitting in the chair. The chair is comfortable and the color happens to match my present patio furniture PERFECTLY.

    Love these chairs! I¡¯ve been putting off getting some chaise lounges just because all the ones I¡¯ve seen are too expensive given the mediocre reviews. So glad I found these! They¡¯re affordable to boot, so there¡¯s really no going wrong with these!

    I purchased 2 of these chairs. They are comfortable and pretty sturdy considering they are fairly light weight. They offer a couple different positions for your legs and back. Overall, they are a good purchase.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
