    Love this chair and over design. Good quality. light weight and relatively easy to assemble. Comfortable and perfect for a patio. I feel so relax and fall asleep in this chair under the sun. I am so happy with my purchase.

    The only thing I don¡¯t like about this product is that when it rains rust comes out from the metal frame. I would advise anyone choosing this product to seal the frame joints with silicone.

    I bought two. My Boyfriend assembled them both in about an hour. They are super comfortable, the fabric breathes and doesn't leave you feeling sticky/sweaty after laying out a long time. And the rocking feature is more fantastic than I imagined it would be.

    The chair is super comfortable. I'm 5'2" and my husband is 6'. Our butt sits in the chair in a slightly different area to allow the chairs natural curves to fit each of our bodies. The chairs are nice and sturdy, and the rubber on the curves keeps the chair from slipping while getting in and out.

    I bought another pair of patio chairs that I had to sell due to not being strong enough and they were more expensive. I decided to try with these chairs and they are very good, comfortable, durable, easy to carry/move, and easy to assemble. I recommend this 100%

    I spent a lot of time choosing a lounger for my small deck. I didn¡¯t want a piece of furniture that would dominate the space, and I wanted to be comfortable. This rocking chair is perfect! I find myself thinking of excuses to spend time in this chair. Very satisfied with this reasonably priced purchase.

    I loved these chairs. Super comfortable and great for the backyard, even on grass!!! The assembly wasn't as easy as you would think cause the parts don't fit well, needed some extra strength and some of the bolt stripped right away. But hasn't fall apart so I think we are good!! :)

    This rocking chair is also completely waterproof, when raining it doesn¡¯t get too wet. And when on a sunny day it can be use to enjoy the sunshine. Also it feels comfortable when lay on. Also, the chair is easy to assemble. It is a very great rocking chair.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
