Shipping Cost: We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders!

Where We Ship: We currently ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Exclusions: Due to the large size and heavy weight of our products, we do NOT ship to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

No P.O. Boxes: Since our carriers cannot deliver large furniture to a P.O. Box, please provide a valid physical street address at checkout to avoid any shipping delays.
2. Processing & Estimated Delivery Time

Order Processing: After your order is authorized and payment is completed, we will process and dispatch your items within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

Transit Time: Most of our products are dispatched from our U.S.-based warehouses. For these items, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days after the order leaves our facility.

Overseas Dispatch (If applicable): If an item is out of stock in our U.S. warehouse, we may ship it directly from our overseas facilities to ensure you still receive your order. In this case, the estimated delivery time is approximately 15 business days.
3. Carriers & Delivery Details Our main carriers are FedEx and UPS, though USPS is occasionally used for smaller parts.

No Signature Required: Please note that a signature is usually not required for delivery. The carrier will leave the package at your door or porch. We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery address to prevent theft or weather damage.
4. How to Track Your Order As soon as your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real-time. (Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system).
5. Order Cancellations or Changes

Before Shipping: You can easily cancel or change your order for a full refund before the product has been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately at sale@crestliveproducts.com.

After Shipping: Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or intercept it. If you no longer want the item, please wait for it to arrive and then contact us to initiate a return in accordance with our [Refund Policy].
6. Delayed or Lost Packages Our parcels are handled by professional logistics companies with real-time tracking, but occasional delays or losses due to unavoidable circumstances (like severe weather) may happen. If your package is delayed or lost:
