To be eligible, items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, hardware, and parts. The item must also be in resalable condition.

For non-quality-related returns, such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or the product not fitting your space, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A $10 restocking fee may also be deducted from the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered separately. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order information and photos. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement parts, a replacement product, an exchange, or a refund, with no return shipping cost to you.

We provide a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, we will provide an appropriate solution, including replacement parts, a replacement product, or other assistance based on the specific situation.

To request warranty service, please contact our customer service team with your order number, product SKU, and clear photos of the issue. In most cases, defective items do not need to be returned unless otherwise requested.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, pets, or improper installation, storage, or maintenance.
