How to apply for return?
Please contact customer service through firstname.lastname@example.org to inform the return and the reason, and attach the product picture, sku and order number. We will handle it for you immediately within 24 hours
1. All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact)
2. If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.
3. For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4. All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Replacement or Refund of Defective or Damaged Item
1.All defective items don’t need to be sent back to Crestlive Products unless otherwise stated from Crestlive Products.
2.Defective or damaged products can only be exchanged for the same product, or the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.
3.Defective products may only be returned within 30 days of purchase date and the convinced pictures must be provided. All returns outside of 30 days are outside of warranty coverage. If an item is received damaged, customer service must be contacted within 7 days of delivery. All items that become defective with their 30 day warranty period are eligible for either full item replacement, replacement of defective parts, or partial refund at the discretion of Crestlive Products.
Please get contact with us first to get the return label if there is any item need to be returned. The no contacting return cannot be handled and will not be acceptable.
