Thank you for your purchasing. We spare no effort to making sure the products get delivered to the customers as quickly as possible.
When will the customer receive the package?
- After the order is authorized and the payment is completed, we will start preparing your order immediately. If everything is correct, we will ship the products within 1-3 business day. And you will receive what you ordered in 5-15 business days from the date that it is placed.
- By the way, any change or cancellation of the order is allowed before we ship the product (The customer could turn to his/her account to check the order status). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, it’s difficult for us to change or cancel your order once the products have been shipped.
What carrier(s) do we ship with?
FedEx and UPS are our main carriers, and sometimes USPS is used. We have to say that signature is usually not required, so please provide a relatively safe address. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. Notice that the address of P.O. Box is not available. Please provide the specific address to us, the first time we could ship the products.
Special shipping circumstances shared with customers
Shipping time is estimated from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. It may take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
