    Perfect in the backyard. This has been great holding up umbrellas around the pool. It¡¯s easy to fill up and easy to empty. Then it¡¯s easy to lift and store away.

    Umbrella Base is made from reinforced HDPE plastic,but it holds my umbrella with no issues. I had an all metal one and it ended up rusting and breaking after less than a year of having it. This umbrella base Filling it up was really easy, and after it was filled, I didn't think it was going to be that heavy but about 90lbs of water is not light by any means. We put this up as soon as we got it and it gets used almost every day. Very easy to assemble and easy to fill with water, the design make it hold the umbrella very firm £®Works great so far. I think the price is high but it does work.

    I've tried several brands and all but one off. I like that I could buy it. Good price. I am happy to say, it was a success! I have used this product three times and so far it's been great. This has been the best we've bought so far! Umbrella Stand Base, for the price, we feel cheap. Great purchase!! According to other reviews, I am worried about the quality, but there is no problem now. Should've gotten this sooner. Honesty paves the way for you, and good luck is with you. Well Made, High Quality. Thank you for such a great product and fantastic customer support. It is very easy to use, the picture is very detailed and accurate.

    Purchased this to replace my metal umbrella weight. I like this for more ability to move around when empty then fill with water or sand when needed. Hold my normal size patio umbrella without any issue.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
