    These chairs and table were easy to put together and are very comfortable. I love how they dry quickly after a rainy day. They are a beautiful addition to my yard.

    We were very happy that this set arrived promptly and in good shape. There is some slight rippling to the lounger back. But not so bad to concern us enough to return them. The length of the lounger seat is shorter than we had realized they would be. I¡¯m 5¡¯7¡± and I find them just long enough for me. My husband is 6¡¯3¡± and his feet hang off the ends. Over all we are very happy with this purchase.

    This Lounge set was beautiful. The instructions were good, everything was provided to put it together. The table was very pretty, nicer quality than the "typical" little patio table. The fabric on the loungers feels nice and I like the adjustible seats. I bought this little set because I had a lounge chair that broke, and needed to replace it. I feel like for the price this was much nicer than I expected and looks wonderful by my pool.

    Easy to put together! While we didn¡¯t use table with the chairs... it¡¯s sturdy also, used in different location by the pool... would recommend!

    Very impressive construction. could be used without the cushions ,. Excellent buy. Definitely recommend to my friends. Very pleased with purchase. Metal very thick and strong yet very light.very comfortable easy to fold.

    Quality of the chair was great relative to the cost of the chairs.. I¡¯ve had this chair now for a few months now and has still maintained its sturdiness. I would also bring in the cushions if not using daily so that it can withstand daily weather conditions and not accelerate the wear.

    These arrived before expected, which is great. They can be used when taken out, comfortable and sturdy. My husband was pleasantly surprised because their prices are very reasonable. We enjoy them very much.

    These chairs are very comfortable with adjustable backrests. The color is a nice brown andblack that fits in any setting. These were very easy to assemble. Great price for two chairs.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
