    Gorgeous patio set! I love this beside my pool. It is where I spend nearly everyday and these loungers have been perfect for me and my husband to relax in. I like that the back is adjustable, as my husband and I both like to lay in a different position while basking in the sun! There are 4 adjustable options for positioning the back. I also like that I can leave it at all times, it has proven to be weather resistant. I like that it is also quick drying. The frame is strong, it is very durable and sturdy. Very modern look. Easy to assemble, While this set looks beautiful by the pool when pool season is over I totally anticipate moving it to our patio so I can use it year round. They are by far my favorite loungers, the most comfortable.

    Product is comfortable . The material is nice quality and sturdy. However, quality control could use improvement. One of the corners of the frame was not wrapped appropriately with the woven material .All in all it¡¯s good if you¡¯re looking for affordable furniture that will do the job. I just wish they paid a little more attention during manufacturing and before they shipped the product as these defects are avoidable.

    It took two weeks for these lounges to come . Now after using these lounges I can say was worth to wait . Comfortable, sturdy exactly what we were looking for .

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
