I live in a fairly windy area so I have to be extra conscious about putting my umbrella down at the first hint of wind. I've destroyed several ceramic planters when the umbrella took off and flew across the lawn. This weight is exactly what I needed - I filled the sections with water and clicked them in place around the base of the umbrella and it really stabilized it. I still have to be careful, but if I don't get outside the minute it gets windy I don't have to worry quite as much that the umbrella is going to go airborne.

Fits perfectly around the base and comes with u-shaped connectors to prevent base movement and hold in place. Each section was easily filled with water. Because of filling with water we are able to unconnected and move the umbrella and relocate.
It keeps the umbrella upright

Previous reviews mentioned leaks, but I have not experienced that with my umbrella base weights. I even stand on them to crank the umbrella up and down and they have tolerated that additional weight well. I only used water to fill them, because it was easy to fill them and put them on the umbrella base right from my patio. We regularly get 14 to 16 mph winds here and the umbrella has not shifted. Overall, very pleased with the look and stability of this product.

Works well. I assembled empty with no problems. After filling with water, I found it a lot harder to line up the "tabs" on the adjoining fan pieces. If you're placing it and leaving it, it works great. I was hoping to assemble and disassemble frequently to take to our other house.
Base measurements provided were spot on

we bought an umbrella & no where on the box did it say we needed a stand! this was pretty simple to put together (even with the water)! Umbrella is still standing upright.....

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
