Massive
The holes didn¡¯t line up perfectly with the umbrella attachment, so I had to redo some stuff - overall it¡¯s huge, but does the job precisely.

Excellent base
It is perfect. The base was easy to fill and is heavy enough to hold down the umbrella, even with a slight bit of wind.

Expensive but it does a good job.
This base has worked very well just being filled with water. I do think it was a little bit too expensive though for the materials and construction that make it up. We have a 13 foot umbrella and it does a good job of keeping it anchored.

The base is great ,but...
I am very satisfied with the base itself. It's very sturdy and much better than the ones we had before. My issue is that there were no instructions of any kind came with the base. Additionally, if you think that you will be able to bolt up your umbrella right away, think again. There are three different bolt patterns on the base and they weren't an exact match. I had to purchase bolts to attach my umbrellas to the base. Also, filling it with the sand was an adventure. The fill ports on the sides were considerable smaller than the ones on the top. Instructions would have been a big help.

Good quality material. Light weight until it is filled with sand or water.

Easy assembly
Filled it with only water and it will take a lot of wind to knock it over. Has drain holes if you need to move it. It is expensive, but it does the job.

Great customer service
After about 3 months the base started leaking. Not sure the cause. Contact Creatlive about the warranty, and within 1 week (maybe 2) they replaced the base.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
