Bad screws. But a very nice set.
Was well packed.Study instructions about 20 minutes and will take about 1hr to assemble.The heades of the screws will strip out very easily, that is the only fault I could find. Very nice set.

Great set
Received 2 sets , perfect for deck. One table was different color but sent email and they quickly replaced the item with correct one. No hassle. Their sturdy (husband weighs 260lbs) real comfortable!

Great furniture for a great price.
Great 3 piece set! Arrived and packaged in perfect condition. ALL holes lined up, easy assembly. The color is as shown, cushions are biege in color. Comfortable sitting height higher than others out there (I am 5'10"), like the higher back and ergo curve .The wicker matches my existing sofa set which is a huge plus.Assembly note- do not tighten all the hex heads until fully assembled, leave hamd loose. Makes a much faster assembly. Hex head is 4, used a ratchet for quick set up.

This set is a really nice set, it was easy to put together, packaged well nothing broken. The cushions are nice and thick and comfortable, the feral cat that took over my porch sleeps on them all the time. I ended up attaching ties to the back cushions so they would stay up when we would get strong winds. came in a short time as well

For the price it¡¯s great. Seats are small so if you want something more substantial then get something more expensive. I love it for the size and what I payed.

Well worth the assembly headache
The first thing that you need to do is through away the allen wrench provided and use your own. Use a rachet set with the correct size allen bit, it will save you an hour at least. Be careful, bolts are cheap and strip easily. Do not power tools of any kind, even small ones. The bolts will strip for sure.

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
