Pros:Looks neat.Is super easy to assemble.Good for the price. Cons:Has a weird smell that just won't go away it's not too strong though.One of the corner protectors detached and I can't place it back

Several times throughout my life I have bought various quality dressers. The old real wood makes are the best but very heavy and usually expensive. The mid-grade quality dressers that we can buy from any retail store normally use some type of pressed board for the bottom of the drawers and they always give out and break! If its not that that breaks it is usually the sliders or some part of the mechanics. I was very tired of spending $200 - $400 for a dresser that could only last a couple of years, so when I saw this and read reviews I ordered and am very satisfied! The only thing I could not gauge is how many of my 14 year old son's pants could fit in one drawer. One drawer fits about 4 pairs of basketball shorts or 3 pairs of pants. Not bad! Was hoping it'd be a little bigger but for the quality and affordability I am completely satisfied!

Very easy to put together, and the pieces fit well. I like that it¡¯s light weight, so safe in a kid¡¯s room. It¡¯s a cute style, and the hard top is nice. The drawers are a little small - think of it more like a lingerie drawer than a full size dresser. it¡¯s good for a small space. I think it¡¯s great value for the price. I am happy with my purchase and would buy it again.

It was so lightweight so I can switch arrangement in my room so readily. I love the combination of colors accentuates my decor.. the shelves have ample spaces.. happy with the purchase. I highly recommend it!!!

This product offered easy-to-follow instructions. It took me less than an hour to assemble by myself. I like the minimal design, and it's very sturdy (both the legs & cubbies). I use it for socks, hats, shirts, fitness clothes, etc. I've had it for about 3 months, and this product had helped me stay organized. I highly recommend it!

The dresser is quite good. I would have liked it to be a little taller. Also, the instructions were not properly ordered and I had to redo some steps because of missing out on some information. Overall a good buy. The colours are just as depicted in the pictures.

Needed more storage...this is perfect! It holds a lot and it looks amazing. It was definitely a 2 person job for assembly..fyi.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
