    OMG! I spend a lot of time on my laptop at home, sitting on the floor at the coffee table in the living room. I have been sitting on a flimsy sofa pillow for years. I just got this Adjustable Padded Floor Chair and what an amazing difference! This thing is mega-comfortable! The springs in the seat provide a lot of cush for your tush. My only regret is that I took so long to purchase something like this. Highly recommended!

    I LOVE this chair! It is a little bulky and I wouldn't suggest it if you are thinking of portability but it is super cozy!!

    This chair has a nice wide seat, very comfortable to sit in. Adjusting the back is pretty easy too!This is like a mini recliner for the floor ohh Soo comfortable

    I agree that it is a Perfect! floor chair for teen or S-M adult. Wider and higher back than other similar chairs. My 13-year old likes it and says it is super comfy. Highly recommend over some of the smaller floor/gaming chairs.

    We love these chairs! Perfect for sitting in front of the fireplace or at the coffee table doing puzzles! Very comfortable, adjust well to multiple angles. They are definitely worth getting!

    I like this product for its natural fiber fill and natural fiber cover. It makes a big difference in my comfort and my health. It is great that I am not hit with a petrochemical smell right out of the box like most chairs!

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
