    I love this. I am Asian so sometime I want to sit on the floor.This is perfect for me when. I am doing a game to sit on the floor.I had another with different company , but this is much better than my old one

    Purchased for our grandson, age 2. His eyes lit up and he quickly made it his own. We decided against chairs designed for kids, which seemed mostly colorful fabric with cartoon characters stretched over foam. This chair is well padded and well sewn, should be functional if not "eye candy" to a child.The material seems sturdy and should clean up well when needed (toddlers get creative!). The mechanism to release and re-position takes a bit of getting used to, hoping the braces don't fail over time - will update if anything breaks.

    It¡¯s amazing!! Haven¡¯t had any problems with it. The only negative comment about it is don¡¯t try to set it ontop of something with cushion because you will roll off!! Haha! The chair has enough cushion, so if you¡¯re going to set it on something to give it height, set it on an actual chair, or a small coffee table, something solid. I love it tho!! It¡¯s so good and comfy!

    So far so good! We are very pleased with the quality and how thick the cushion is. It looks great in our living room.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
