Comfortable and Sturdy
I really enjoy sitting in the chair, but in the reclining position the bar on the bottom hits the back of my legs. My legs are long, so that could be the issue. I am trying to solve the issue by taking pipe insulation and wrapping the bar.

Comfort
I love this chair very comfortable , I even bring it in to watch tv in. The evening sometimes, it's a little difficult to get the exact position to lock, depending on where you want it, head not too far down, but jet still with leg part raised enough to keep legs elevated.

Comfortable and Fun!
I like the chair. I wish it was a little wider. I¡¯m wide hipped and have no problems fitting I¡¯m this chair comfortably but I wish This chair was wide so that when napping in it I could turn side to side easily!

The chairs are as advertised.

Perfect!
Chair arrived already put together, just pulled it out of the box and used it! Glides easily to open unlike another gravity chair I've used in the past. Lock feature needs to be closed tightly to keep the recline, but it works.

very nice chair . I was worried it would be cheap or uncomfortable since it is much cheaper than the others that look basically the same. all in all, well worth it
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
