    I ordered these to replace the ones that we have had for several years. We do a lot of entertaining in our outdoor kitchen area and we were in dire need of new chairs. I was waiting for someone to fall through! These are perfect, so happy that I just happened to find them. Arrived quickly and were easy to assemble. Thanks for yet another great product, you never cease to amaze me with the variety of items you carry. You have become my one stop on line shopping destination.

    Love these chairs...perfect fit at the counter top at the pool. The height provides the older folks an easier in and out of the seat. They don¡¯t sink in low like a normal chair. Had some difficulty getting a couple of the screws tightened..used a regular wrench..the allen wrench provided was not strong enough to snug down. Considering buying two more.

    I gave assembly a 4 star because the first one was a little difficult. If you have a screwdriver with an Allen wrench attachment, use it!! It so so much easier!!! A couple of holes didn¡¯t line up as easy as others BUT we got it done. I would buy again because they look good and are comfortable

    Easy to assemble. The only thing I wish they had were adjustable rubber screws in bottom for slight uneven surfaces. Very comfortable.

    Comfortable! Lightweight but sturdy. I feel like the assembly is a 2 person job but fairly easy. Love them so much, I ordered 2 more!!

    I purchased two sets. They are fairly easy and quick to put together. Not much hardware goes with these. Very confortable and great for oudoor use. Had to loosen and retighten screws a few times to get rid of wobble in chair.

    Perfect height for our bar height bistro table. Sturdy, no wobble, easy to assemble. Medium weight (easy to move shipping box). Good value. Love the brown metal color and fabric. Fabric replies water vs. letting it run thorough, easy to wipe off.

    Ordered these for my back covered patio and am very pleased with the quality and comfort of these. The color is really neutral so they will go with any decor. They are well worth the money. The shipping was very fast. I would highly recommend them!

    So glad I found these chairs! The measurements were accurate and the chairs assembled easily. They are sturdy, comfortable and attractive. Very happy and the chairs shipped promptly by the company.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
