Awesome Chairs - but Be Aware of a Few Things
These chairs do not stack. So be aware of that. Otherwise they are very nice, very attractive chairs. The bottoms do rust a bit and that rust can stain the mesh fabric if it comes in contact so be careful of that... I learned the hard way!

Very good but need QC on the backrest
The wheels are sturdy and look very durable. Metalwork quality is not 5 stars but excellent for the price. No rust problems anticipated. The worst thing was that the backrest part was 5/8" out out of square, my husband had to rack it into square. Now the fabric that was fairly flat looks a bit odd. Hopefully it will ease into the new shape and become flat.It took almost an hour to do the first one due to the misaligned backrest. Check for square before you start. I was going to return these but husband said keep them.

Surprisingly gorgeous and comfortable!
For the amount we paid, I did not expect these to be nearly as beautiful and high quality as they are - even my husband was impressed! I put them together myself and it took no time at all - the directions are straightforward and all the tools you need come right in the pack, and they actually work! These are super comfortable as well - I like that the fabric has some give, so it molds to your body, unlike a wooden lounger, and you won't slide through the slats like some of the rubbery ones. You also don't have to buy a separate cushion and the fabric is breathable, so doesn't seem like it will get too hot to lay on. The pillows are a great touch too.

I love the color, it works well with my existing outdoor furniture. I also like the wheels, they make it so easy to move them if necessary.

Good value
Easy to assemble. Comfortable and safe ver all a good value . I like the wheels that make them easy to move around. The only problem is that water puddles on them when it rains.

Great chaise! Good quality so far.
Sturdy enough for my husband and I to cuddle together as the sun went down.now I have a cozy place to read and sun bathe. I like the pillow feature and the fact its armless, so I don't have to climb around arm rests to settle in.

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
