Nice chairs
Chairs came with wheels that had been stripped and couldn¡¯t be used. Seller sent new wheels and hardware to correct the problem. Very nice chairs

Excellent customer service
I ordered the set of 2 chairs. One of the 2 was easy to assemble but the other one had some issues that made the assembly impossible. I emailed the service department and I received a reply in less than 24 hours! They requested my phone number and address so they could ship a replacement chair to me. Much to my very pleasant surprise, the replacement arrived exactly 7 days later! I assembled it that day and had no problems whatsoever. I will definitely order from this company again.

Good quality & comfort
I ordered 3 of these lounge chairs to sit along side my in ground pool. They look & feel great! The pillow that comes with the chair is a plus, nice & comfy. They dry quick and easy to keep clean.

Ok Value for the money
For the price - these we OK. he hardware that comes with it is basically POT metal. So the screw heads strip easily. You have to be careful during assembly. Other than that - they are fine.

I was hesitant to buy furniture here but after reading reviews I gave it a shot and I¡¯m so glad I did! These 2 lounge chairs are perfect by the pool. Very easy to set up. I like the it has wheels. It¡¯s very sturdy and beautifully finished for the price.

Five stars for customer service!
Nice looking chairs. They seem comfortable so far. Assembly was pretty straightforward. One of the chairs had a minor defect. I contacted the seller and they were super responsive and solved the issue quickly.

Love these chairs!
Love these chairs. They were a great value for the money. Don¡¯t look cheap. Easily adjustable. The wheels make them easy to move around my patio to follow the sun without making scratches on my pavers. Been wanting reclining chairs for so long and they did not disappoint. Should have done this sooner because when moms outside everyone is outside!
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
