    The Lounge chair set is really good! Just as the web page described. When I sit on it, it feels sturdy and supportive. The back is adjustable up to about 10 positions, and you can adjust it by just sliding armrests while sitting on it. Well designed! Perfect for my little patio! On top of that, the chairs are surprisingly light and easy to fold, which means you can easily fit them into your trunk and bring them to a beach or camp site. Both chairs arrived assembled. Only the little folding table arrived in 3 pieces with bolds and tool, easy enough to assemble and took me 3 minutes to put it together. Overall, great product!

    This is a nice functional set, easy to set up and fold to take where you are going, or just for storing it inside through the winter. Remember to check the weight limit! It also does not go completely flat, so you cannot use it to lay on your tummy.

    This is exactly what I was looking for in a chaise lounge. It is stationary, the back is adjustable and I can sit upright, or lean back, while my legs are extended. It is sturdy and it folds up for storage. I am very happy with this purchase.

    Really a nice set better than I even thought it would be. I am very happy with it if I needed more chairs like this I would definitely buy more. I just wish they had more colors

    The folding lounger is very comfortable and the aluminum frame makes it easy to store away. Since my wife is the major user the light weight is important for her to handle it. This replaces a lounger (non-folding) that finally failed after many years of service. We enjoyed the appearance of our other patio furniture without the lounger so we are pleased to find a well constructed one that stores easily.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
