Love the chairs, just what I was looking for. I ordered 4 and received the hardware for 2. The company sent the additional items and checked with me to be sure I was happy. Good company to work with.

Gotta say...these are pretty solid Did a lot of research and was nervous as there were no reviews so I made sure they were returnable. First one took about 45 mins to put together- instructions are good- was down to 15 mins by the time I was on the fourth. Great value, comfortable, and well made.
Worth the price.

The chairs were easy to assemble. Quality construction and very comfortable. We¡¯ll see how they last through the summer in Arizona heat.
Product is easier to assemble than most reviews make it seem. It's correct that the screws aren't labeled correctly- but if you follow 1-4 numbering from left to right you're all set.Looks great, easy to move and seems to be well made.

Arrived perfect and quickly. It took about an hour to assemble. All hardware and tools included. Very sturdy.

I really like this chair, exactly what I was looking for. It came very quickly, were easy to assemble, sturdy, comfortable and good quality. I like the fact that it have wheels, makes it easy to move around without damaging my lawn, even though it's not heavy to carry. Not fancy, but looks very nice, exactly as in the picture. Ideal for my teens and friends. I recommend.

The package came missing the bolts and wheels but customer service was easy to contact and sent ASAP. The height of these chairs is perfect! Waiting for restock of the color and will be buying another set! Assembly is fast and easy

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
