    My husband assembled the set in a few hours, and it was ready to be enjoyed. We are thoroughly pleased with the outcome! The little table also has a glass top which gives the set a more expensive feel. I definitely recommend this furniture.

    I love this set! It looks great, I receive numerous compliments on my front porch seating area and it was fairly easy for me to put together. If you do get the set I cannot stress enough how important it is to not screw the screws all the way or even half way in before moving to the next section.

    I love it! The chairs are very sturdy for my spouse and I. Easy to put together. I was able to put it together without my husband the instructions are pretty detailed. I did have trouble with the table set up only because the screws didn¡¯t line up correctly. I was able to put three screws in the table and it was sturdy enough so the 4th screw made no difference. I only use it for a large mosquito candle & drinks while relaxing outside. That¡¯s the only concern I had was the table at first but it still works perfectly. Very satisfied with this purchase and with the price I couldn¡¯t pass it up.

    Super comfortable and for great in our small balcony which is 50 x 80. Chairs are wide enough for a large gent like me (215 lbs) to sit on. Super simple and quick to put together, maybe 1 hour total of you have drill with Allen keys,. If not, may take a bit longer becuse screws are in hard to reach places.

    These are a normal seat height like the rest of my patio furniture . Really easy assembly and they look fresh and contemporary, fingers crossed they don't rust.

    Great set for the price! I needed a smaller chair and table set for my front porch as it is not very wide and this was perfect!Sturdy build and comfortable.Not hard to put together: all pieces were included and the instructions were easy.Can¡¯t wait to sit outside with a cup of coffee and watch the cars drive by.

    I absolutely love this set , I can not believe the price of it. It shipped fast, was fairly quick and easy to assemble. It¡¯s a hit I get so many compliments by any one who rings the doorbell.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
