Great buy!
Great product! Especially for the price! Lots of pieces to assembly if you get the 9 price set but overall really good quality and good looking too.

It takes time to assembly
I really like the product. There are small details that male the assembly difficult but that is ok no product is perfect I recommend. Note: the assembly instruction is very poor- negative point for them in this aspect

The size is great. The cushion is not very cushy. And the fabric gets dirty easily.

The vinyl faux wicker is not a very tight weave. Not for a real heavyweight. The lounge pads are a bonus. A good deal, to say the least.

It is perfect for my patio I had a little issue with a part that was missing but they replaced it with no problem told me I did not have to spend an extra card back so I gain an extra chair which is great love the set

Love my loungers!
These loungers are great! They were super easy to assemble- I put them together by myself. Really all there is to it is putting the legs on and connecting the two pieces of the lounger. Cushions are comfy. This is exactly what I was looking for and they look great by my pool!
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
