Storage tower
I absolutely love this storage space. I use it for my grand kid's arts and crafts and smaller toys and it tucks neatly next to my staircase. The drawers are easy to open for the children and there's nothing to break. I used glue to snug the screws into the handles. ( only because of the children pulling and tugging on them ). The top of the shelf is wood and a great place for pictures. I put it together in 30 minutes and it was easy to assemble. It does come with a safety strap and screw. It's lightweight and easy to move with only one person. The shelf has a solid stance and has the strength to go with it. We are talking about purchasing a few more for the bedrooms

surprised at how much storage space in has in comparison to how small the dresser is. Also I just wanted to note the dresser is a space saver w/lots of storage space. Initially hesitant about buying this item. But I am Pleasantly surprised.

exactly what we needed
This is exactly what we needed to use as a temporary dresser. It fit much more than what we thought it would. I did a lot of research in comparable products on web and this one had the most storage capacity. It was easy to put together and is very sturdy

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
