Please follow the assembly steps to install the product, if you find spare parts left, don't be worried, the left spare parts are prepared for bad ones if occurred.

Once you hand tighten all of your bolts into place, we are going to use our wrench to fully tighten into place.

Please measure dimensions first to ensure this stool will fit.

    I bought the patio chairs for my sister. After she moved to her new house. She likes them. Because the style is really match with her table. It is comfort and easy to assemble. She is very happy with this gift.

    These patio stools are super big, sturdy, and therefore makes them so comfortable to sit on. It was bit hard to assemble them as some of their parts are kind of heavy. Overall they are worth the price!

    We have had these chairs for several months and look lovely and are very comfortable. I wish the foam in the cushion was more dense. When you scoot back in the chair the cushion goes with you and sometimes folds

    These are very nice, sturdy chairs. They have no trouble holding tall, big men. (250 to 275) They are almost too big for me.They are worth the money. I would buy them again if I could afford two more!!

    Lots of moving parts! 2 grown men, took an 1.5 hour to put together. On outside surface the height extentions will wear out, wish it would have used a different type of extension. Otherwise happy with the chair.

    These stools are fantastic!!! Your buttocks will feel pleasures you¡¯ve never known! Just buy them and let the sweet sensation of butt satisfaction rule your world!!!! On a side note, the rubber pieces that go on the legs and keep them level don¡¯t stay on. They fell right off. Had to purchase super glue to fix. Besides that. Fantastic!

    Great chairs. Sturdy and comfortable. They do not feel like they will tip over easily. I like That they allow plenty of room for a plus sized person. The cushions are comfortable. The chairs turn easily but don¡¯t spin out of control when my kids took them for a spin. They are nice and tall, I wanted something I could sit on and watch my kids over my deck railing.Assembly: My husband and I assembled In about an hour, easy to do, just very tedious.Overall very happy with this purchase.

    These chairs are fantastic. Love the levellers for my back yard to even the chair. Sturdy. The tools lack hand comfort but eventually worked.

    Would be a five star but one of the handles was unravel and needed to be fixed right out of the box.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
