Warm Tips :

Please follow the assembly steps to install the product, if you find spare parts left, don't be worried, the left spare parts are prepared for bad ones if occurred.

Once you hand tighten all of your bolts into place, we are going to use our wrench to fully tighten into place.

Please measure dimensions first to ensure this stool will fit.

    Th instructions were clear and easy to follow but it did take a while to put everything together for someone who is 70!

    Great addition to our patio! Since we live in a warm climate, having ventilated seats are a must. These bar stools are a comfortable height and swivel. Easy to put together! I added a seat cushion merely because my dad needed extra seat support.

    I am impressed with the quality of these chairs. The material is thick and sturdy. The metal is coated well and they are comfortable.

    These were replacement chairs for an existing bar height patio set. The chairs match perfectly with the existing table. The chairs are sturdy, swivel nicely and are comfortable.

    I bought 2 of these chairs for our outdoor bar area. They arrived with all pieces and instructions. If you follow the instructions they went together well except when putting these together some of the screw holes in the arms did not line up when we put the screws in.

    Nice set of patio chairs for any porch or deck. Very comfortable and neutral enough to go with most any decor. They are nice and stable but not too heavy to move around easily. Fit perfectly with the bar height table we already had. It took a bit to put the first one together but after that the 2nd one was pretty quick.

    Chairs are well made and sturdy. They are a couple inches taller than the average bar stool so it will take sometime getting used to. A bit time consuming putting together and an I am no novice at this. I liked these and ordered 2 more a day later. Well worth the money.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
