    The items finally arrived after being delivered to the wrong address (not a seller issue). Easy to assemble, and very comfortable to sit in for long durations. Looks great in different settings too.

    Great clean lines and comfortable chair. A little challenging to drill the base into the frame but doable.

    I love this chair, and it's super comfy! Assembly was a little tricky to figure out on my own, but if you hold the chair seat up and then use your other arm to push against the chair bracing and turn the screw, it's a breeze.

    Loved everything about it. The fabric looks super nice and strong . The wood is a warm yellow honey which I l loved. It was super easy to assemble as well. Previous reviews mentioned that it didnt have the wood holes for the screws but it does now. It comes with a nice screw driver as well. It came very well packed in the box. I am happy with my purchase and I recommend it. There are other sellers that have it cheaper but had a lot of bad reviews. This one didnt and thats why I decided to go with this seller and chair and Im glad I did.

    Arrived in perfect condition.Excellent quality, and surprisingly comfortable.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
