    This looks great in my home and is very on trend. Assembly is not bad since you only have to assemble the wood structure to the cushion. Too bad my cat loves it too.

    Easy on the eyes, comfortable (and I'm 6'3", 225lbs), well designed and simple to put together. Once assembled it's very sturdy and as mentioned, very comfortable. Well done Crestlive Products.Note that I purchased a third after receiving the first two and needed to add some wood glue to one of the arm joints on the third unit received. Not a big deal. The first two were perfect. Great Seller communication as well. Super fast to respond when I reached out to them and very customer focused.I hope this is helpful to you when considering a purchase and not being able to "try it out".

    We ordered this chair as an accent chair, mostly for extra seating when we have company. The chair came mostly assembled. You only had to attach the seat. My husband did that in no time. It arrived in good condition, no structural problems, no dents or dings. It is comfortable enough. I wouldn't sit in it on a regular basis, but it is totally satisfactory for guests. When it arrived, we had guests visiting, and we had each guest sit in it. All gave thumbs up. The only down side (hence the 4-star rating) is that I wish the manufacturer gave more options for cushion colors. We have toddler grandchildren, so I might Scotchguard the light fabric. We plan on ordering a second chair so we have a matching set.

    It's great except the drawers are so shallow that you have to hold with one hand while pulling stuff out with the other if you want an opening big enough to see what's inside

    The shelf is nice, easy to assemble. But the fiber drawer parts have a strong smell like some toxic chemicals. My entire room smells bad after assemble them. I put the drawer next to the window for a few days, but the smell didn't go away. I can't use it with this toxic smell.

    Needed extra storage in my closet and was pleased when I put this together. Says the drawers are cloth and I was expecting something flimsy but they are so much nicer!

    This was ez to assemble. I bought it because I liked the hard top surface and cross bar that is on the back frame.It I was happy to find this option to use as a second dresser in a small bedroom. And it was affordable. Would be great in small guest room or walk in closet or even a bathroom. Only thing dont like is the color of the drawer handles. They are a natural wood color. It would be better if the buyer could choose handles in black, or silver.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
