Minor Damage When the box was delivered, there was a lot of rattling inside. The package containing the bolts and washers had opened, and they were strewn around inside the box, wedged between the slats of the table. After retrieving all the bolts and washers and assembling the table, I noticed minor damage at the end of one of the slats. It was a hassle, but the defect was minor.

I highly recommend this product. The quality is excellent, and the customer service is superb! We bought the large dining table for 8 people, and it's sturdy with a wood-like finish. The grey tone matched perfectly with our deck and chairs. Our umbrella broke the center panel, but customer service quickly sent a replacement for free. Outstanding service from beginning to end!

The table arrived quicker than expected and looked exactly as pictured. It was straightforward to assemble and only had a slight chemical smell when first unboxed, which dissipated quickly. There was only one minor mark on the tabletop, but otherwise, it was in great condition. We've had it outdoors for a couple of weeks now, and with a table cover, there are no signs of wear and tear. I definitely recommend it.

It easily fits 6 people and can be a bit tight for 8, but it's doable. I love the top—it doesn't get hot like our metal one—and the legs on the corners are better than an X base on many other tables.

The table looks fabulous and has enough room to seat 8. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the paint defects until after I assembled it upside down and then flipped it over. Despite this, the table is solid and well-built. If it weren't for the paint defects, I would have given it 5 stars.

This is a fantastic table! I've been searching for an 8-person table for my deck, and this one is perfect. The black color matches everything beautifully. The faux wood top has a great wood grain texture, and I appreciate that I don't have to worry about staining it in the future. It arrived with a tiny dent on one end, but it's not a huge deal. The box is big and heavy, but it's packaged very well. Assembly was super simple with just an Allen wrench, and all the slats were pre-assembled. I attached a picture of the bottom to show how well it's built—very sturdy. I would definitely buy this again.
