Great aesthetic/comfort, super value, and very sweet seller!
The seller sent the item very quickly which was very much appreciated it. I got the package much earlier than I was expecting! The chairs look very niceThe chairs are quite comfy. The only negative thing that I could say about this is that one of the chairs was a bit unsteady as one of screws did not fit all the way due to what seems an alignment issue with the frame. I contacted the seller and she was extremely prompt with responses and sent out extra screws right away and offered a small discount. Very great experience over all and my husband and I have been quite enjoying these chairs! They definitely aren¡¯t meant to last for many seasons. However, for this price AND they are foldable, is a great deal for comfort and aesthetic! And of course a kind and responsive seller is a HUGE plus.

Great portable sunbathing chairs!
My neighborhood pool doesn't provide enough chairs, so I bought these to take with me. I really like them, they are much nicer than most pool chairs and portable (though slightly heavier than say a camping chair). I put them in my wagon and walk to the pool no problem. I like that I can sit with the legs slightly folded down or straight up. the back is adjusted by the arm rests which is nice. Very comfortable overall.I did a lot of searching for chairs and was nervous that there weren't enough reviews for this item, but I'm really glad I took a chance on these. Perfect for my needs!

Comfortable and looks nice
I wanted something that looked elegant and kept me from lying flat by the pool. Regular loungers kill my back because of an old injury, so this seemed perfect, and it is. I like that it hooks over the back of the chair via a pocket. My only complaint is that the box was beat up and the table legs were sticking out. One of the end caps was knocked off, but since it was in a place that didn't make it wobble, it's not that big a deal. You won't find better for the money.

Great set for the price
I am not disappointed with the quality, the cushion is nice, has ties so it'll stay in place. The head part is adjustable, they look great by my pool and are comfortable enough to nap on! I'm so glad I went for the cheaper set, we'll see how long they last!

We have used these for a few weeks now and really like them!! My 2.5 yr old daughter climbs all over them, daily, and they seem pretty sturdy.

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
