    good design, good value, and no set-up required. just pull it out of the box, drop legs, affix pillow and done. took 2 minutes. only drawback is that i'm 6'2 and my feet hang over the edge. i do still recommend for those under 6 feet and not fat. enjoy

    I purchased two of these but had to return one bc it broke after two weeks and I really didn¡¯t get much use out of it. I probably won¡¯t purchase another one to replace it but I am going to keep the one.

    Easy to transport to the beach or on the patio. Comes with the pillow. Easy to fold and close. People who like a firmer feel will really enjoy this. Nice potable lounger at the right price !

    I absolutely LOVE this chair!!! It¡¯s extremely comfortable and surprisingly sturdy, given that it¡¯s also very lightweight. As I said, this chaise is perfect for ME. I¡¯m 5¡¯6 and about 125 lbs, and my feet reach the very end. My 6¡¯2 brother would probably break it, if he were able to sit down on it. As well as being very short for a chaise, it¡¯s incredibly narrow! If you¡¯re not extremely slim, this might not be the chaise for you.I¡¯d highly recommend measuring this chaise prior to purchase. If you¡¯re small, it¡¯s fabulous!

    We found thatthese lounge chairs exceeded my expectations. Not your typical light and cheap aluminum frame.Light and very portable to and from the poolside and or backyard. Lounging in these loungers for several hours is quite comfortable , without the stiff feeling of a camping cot. The pillow can also be used for lumbar support if desired. I am recommending this purchase as a good buy for anyone looking for a great portable lounger.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
