    I didn't know how I would like the "bump" in the middle, but it's turned out to be very comfortable. It's light weight and easy to move about. And I like the little pillow too.

    Carried on my trip so I had an alternative place to sit and sleep. Great idea for those who have had hip replacement and everything is a challenge.

    My wife and mother-in-law are really enjoying this lounger. Sits on the patio at the condo overlooking the lake, and allows hours to go by, undisturbed in luxurious comfort. Sturdy, well made, and easy to use, it was light enough for my mother-in-law to unbox and move outside...with a little effort. Would purchase again

    I got a set of the brown for our backyard and they work great. They were easy to set up, come already assembled with pillow and are a decent quality and good value for the price. I like that they are collapsible for easy storage.

    Wow, Boom, ready to go right out of the box! It's a beautiful chair and completes my little backyard retreat. Everything seems perfect, including the mesh which is airy and appears to sewed on well. It flawlessly adjusts reclining positions. Seems like perfection to me! If any issues arise then I will update this (for now) 5 Star review.

    Comfortable, but I am wondering if they will last long. Still good for the price.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
