I thought the materials in this felt flimsy - especially at this price. I understand that aluminum is lightweight, but the size and weight of the frame are less than other aluminum outdoor furniture we have. We will use it for ourselves only and leave it in the garage when we have guests, because we know it won't take any misuse at all. It is comfortable, but not substantial in size so if you are a large person, skip this one. It's okay for us as we are not large people, but totally made with the most minimum of materials. Not really worth the price, either.

These chairs have been in use for a year on our poolside deck. (Stored indoors in winter). They still look as good as the day I put them. together.They stay put in wind, are comfortable from sitting to lounging to laying flat on your back or stomach, they're a nice width, they keep their shape, no fading, no rust, chlorine and sun haven't affected them yet. I love them.
The chair is small. Made for a kid. If you are over 6 feet you will hang off the bottom

We had other chaises that didn't fully recline and had a bar in the back making them uncomfortable. These are wonderful- recline and easy to move around. Fully recommend!

The adjustments are in hand rests & they don¡¯t lay flat. The foot bar fold up easily, often while sitting in them. They are comfortable however when laying very still :)

Returns Policy

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
