    Modern & comfortable chairs, easy to assemble. Bought cushions separately that don't fit perfectly but close enough, would have liked an option to buy matching cushions but not available at the time of my purchase from what I could see

    I like everything but it scratches so easy and shouldn't for the amount of money you pay. Touch up paint from the company should be a requirement for this purchase until the issue is resolved with their paint company.

    Very easy to build. Great quality. Beautiful and modern design. No spongy cushion to absorb water or grow mold. Aluminum, so no parts will rust. And MUCH cheaper than what you find at the local outdoor furniture stores.

    These are well made and the finish and color are great. The first two chairs arrived with a very damaged shipping container and the chairs were scratched in several places and they sent another set right out. Very happy with the customer Service and really like the chairs. Great quality for the price

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
