    Easy to assemble. But comfy and seem very sturdy. I relax in them often by my pool and are easy to move and adjust the back

    Good packaging, arrived damage free - box a bit heavy though. Easy to assemble with included Allen Wrench, instructions really not needed and came with extra screws. Great value, sturdy frame and so far, very comfortable. Would recommend and happy with purchase.

    We purchased these for the pool deck. Everything we expected, light, comfortable, and I am 6¡¯2¡± and about 255 lbs., that being said they are very sturdy. Love them.

    Gets pretty hot in the sun - wish the arms could be made with a product that does not heat up like that.

    Decent quality (although seems a bit expensive for 2 chairs and small table). Fabric is definitely waterproof (need to shake off after the rain), and small table can be used as foot stool. As mentioned, chairs don't fully recline, maybe to 30 degree angle (?) but are still comfortable. I got the ones with black frame (which is more like a dark milk chocolate) and brown fabric, which looks nice with greenery in the yard.

    The set is fine and the chairs do the job while being reasonably light. The table is useless for beverages - which is the expected use for a table between two beach chairs. Beverages will simply fall over.

    These chairs are very attractive and very comfortable. Assembling the table is a little less than obvious, but we did it fairly quickly, even though we are bad at these kinds of activities. There ae very pricy and lovely outdoor chaise options, but for the price and style, this set is exceptional and a wonderful value.

    I love this set....we are not vacationing away from home this summer so we redid our backyard. It's look great, not expensive, and very comfortable. The little table holds a small plant and candle, too! Great purchase!

    So far, I really like these. Not too difficult to fold and unfold. The color is nice, and they will make a nice looking addition to my deck. I purchased this particular material for the deck by the pool. I do not care for cushions getting wet, so we will see how well they hold up in direct sun with treated pool water. However the quality of the material seems nice. Time will tell.

    These chairs are just what I needed for Hurricane prone area. Very little storage space in my house because I do not have a garage, just small storage shed. I can just fold them up and put them in the house. Last time a hurricane came through I had to throw my patio chairs in the pool and table also. This year I am prepared for easy storage. They are comfortable and look good too. Very pleased with my purchase

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive.
