nice replacement for the money
Nice replacement for the money- was so glad i found these. the material isn't as sturdy as the original but the difference in cost makes it okay. thanks

Very strong material
Durable material, I actually had thoughts about it fitting. I had to remove the ring in the middle of the canopy, the size was too small to fit into the umbrella center piece but with a minor alteration I got it up and it fits perfect now.

Quality is not bad
The quality of the umbrella is not bad, it is in my ideals. The installation is also very fast. I think this quality will not be a problem after a few years. It¡¯s a pity that the color I wanted to buy was out of stock. I had to change it, but it was not bad.

This is a drop-in replacement for most 10-foot-diameter, 8-spoke backyard umbrellas and is perfect for it. There is also a vent at the top. I removed the old cover and installed the new cover in a few minutes, screwed on the top fixing nut, then arranged the panel seams and hooked them on each spoke, the assembly was so easy!

Good umbrella for the value!!
The only problem I had was the hole on the top that I had to put the umbrella into was too small so I had to pull the metal out and make it just a little bit bigger. When you screw the top piece back on the umbrella it stays fine. I would recommend the umbrella. Especially for that price. But Let¡¯s see what happens after I have it for a year I¡¯ve only had it up for a month. Then I¡¯ll really know the quality of the Umbrella.

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
