Replacement Canopy Cover for Outdoor Umbrella
I was pleased with the replacement canopy for my deck umbrella. It was easy to install and looked as good as the original cover.

Seems to be working well
Before, our umbrella canopy was broken, but we couldn't buy a new umbrella top, so we bought another more expensive umbrella. It also fell apart and needed to be replaced. I started looking for alternatives again, wanting to complete the conversion in less than 10 minutes, and now, for whatever intent and purpose, I have a new high-quality umbrella for less than $40. Even if it only lasts a few years, I can replace it again and again, and the cost is lower than the cost of the new fancy. I like! !

These are GREAT, well made canopy replacements!!
We were so pleased to find replacement canopies for our patio umbrellas, especially ones as well made as these. Not only is the color perfect, but the seams are tight and well stitched, the grommet is reinforced and placed on double fabric, and the pocket for the rib is doubled for strength. There are no threads hanging from the seams nor are there skips in the construction. The only drawback on these is the wrinkling from the package, but, now that they are on the frames and in the sunshine, the heat from the weather has smoothed them out perfectly. I never thought it would be so easy to replace just the canopy - we had always tossed the entire umbrella and started over. What a great way to save money and have a great looking product, as well. Thanks for making this an easy transition and economical alternative to all new umbrellas.

Nice Replacement Canopy Cover
Arrived a bit earlier than expected. Packaged well. Fit and finish is as good or a bit better than the cover it replaced. Was quick and easy to unpack and install. Went into service on the back patio ten minutes after opening the package. Hope it lasts more than two seasons. At this point, would likely purchase again.

New life for your sunbrella!
Don't throw away the old umbrella stand because it is worn, faded or torn. We almost did it until we found this alternative. It's like buying a new umbrella for very little money. Installation is also very simple! Nice shopping experience

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
