Perfect And EASY Assembly
Great size, and the reasI picked this model was because if you are going to have this type of drawer the sides of the 'cabinet' they go into has to- or SHOUKD have- a rail or some other kind of support each side running from top to bottom.This type of furniture makes a lot more sense for a renter than heavy bureaus and to me the metal ones look more stylish than the laminate cubes.There is even a small assembly of items with which you can attach this to the wall behind it- luckily my cats are too old to want to climb this as the fabric would surely attract kittens as would the drawers.So it took 15 minutes tops, start to finish, to put together.The grey is a really nice color when paired with the white frame.The top is sturdy and I have my typewriter it for now.I really like the frame, support for the fabric drawers was a priority.Very good item.Reccomend.

Nice little drawer set, easy to move around, pretty sturdy
I was a bit skeptical when purchasing this, but I am pleasantly surprised with it. It looks stylish, has a sturdy frame, and the drawers are pretty durable. Easy to assemble. Easy to move around since it's so light weight. The drawers are not huge by any means, but I am happy with the size. I keep clothes in a couple of the drawers and rando stuff in the other two.I took away one star due to the drawers not 'closing' all the way when there is a heavier load in them. Instead of just sliding back into place, you need to lift up them slightly and maneuver them into place. I think this is due to the back of the drawer snagging the frame a bit. Not a huge inconvenience, but it does occur. Again, this is ONLY when there is a heavier load in the drawer.All in all - very happy with the purchase.

Product is aesthetic and lightweight and easy to assemble. The only issue is that the drawers don't automatically seat in a specific positiwhen pushing them back in. Additionally, the drawers aren't sliding across a track or a bottom divider so if you don't seat them properly, the angle down into the lower drawers.Overall, great product with one minor annoyance.

Easy to assemble
I love everything but the price, especially after getting it put together. It's a beautiful and functional set of drawers, comparatively I have purchase two wooden shelves with separate cloth drawers, those two were just a bit over the cost of one of these. I guess it comes down to convenience... don't hesitate with this, it's super easy and looks awesome.

Cute little dresser that can used for different things
It's not very large but good for extra things you want to put away. I bought one for a bedroom, I am thinking about buying another one for my first floor for my frontroom to put odds and ends in there to keep clutter away.

Needs Re-design
It was easy to assemble and easy to move about when empty. It's pretty.But every time I close a drawer I have to use both hands to close the drawer completely as the drawer gets stuck the metal framing. Could be designed better.

Perfect for a little corner.
This is perfect for a little "lonely" corner in my bedroom.. It took me about 1/2 hr -due to my own error in turning a frame backwards..Really simply basic to understand booklet, you just have to look for it deep inside the box. It's the only thing I would change if I could...tape it or add it to the packaging so one can find it., Otherwise perfect.

Does what I want it to do. I am happy with it. It came with NO directions even though all parts have A B C them. Easy enough to put together. I recommend if you just need some extra drawers.

Nice looking
We needed to upgrade from a Sterlite drawer unit but did you need anything permanent. This looks so much better than white plastic unit next to the desk in the workroom. Drawers don¡¯t slide like good wooden ones would have, but it¡¯s a good unit for the price.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
