Garbage
Km not impressed and even if were priced at $39 it would be far overpriced I can think of lots of different more useful things to spend money on

Sturdy organizer unit
I was very happy with this unit. How easy it was to put together. The necessary tools were included. The fabric covering made it look very nice. The only thing that is disappointing about it is that to totally close the drawers, you have to "work" with them that last little bit. Otherwise, a small corner of the drawer will stick out in front. Closing is doable, but its not like a wooden drawer that slides in...you just have to work with it a little bit.

The product is nice looking, although lining up the drawers to close is kind of a pain! They can only open so far or they will fall out. Overall a good product . I¡¯m using mind for socks , underwear, pjs, hats , and scarfs.

Nice looking
I use this to store my knitting supplies and projects. It works great and looks pretty in our family room too. A little wobbly and drawers need a little encouragement to completely close at times but I still like it for its purpose.

Really great storage for a really great price!!
This thing is perfect for storing all sorts of items that you don't want display. The drawers are large enough and deep enough to hold everything I needed it for with room to spare. Was super easy to assemble and the instructions were so easy to follow. Will definitely recommend if you need extra storage and will purchase again!

Not quality appearance but functions well
This item functions as expected, but drawers are too flexible to sit nicely in the frame without gaps. I would rate the product higher if the overall appearance of the item was as pictured instead of uneven with inconsistencies in how each drawer fits. This product does not have a quality appearance.

Ok for the price
Easy to assemble and sturdy. However, drawers do not slide in easily. You have to lift up the back of the drawer to get it all the way in. This is ok for me since I use it to store papers I only need occasionally. For everyday use it might get annoying

Finally!!
There can be no honest complaint about this product. Well constructed! The manufacturer of this product thought this through. Talk about bang for your buck! You WILL NOT be disappointed. Definitely serves it purpose. I am ordering a second one!
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
