Good Dresser for the Price
The dresser was easy to build; took about 20 minutes. The drawers themselves are deep enough to hold many items. Everything fit together perfectly. Do recommend.

Nice and sturdy dresser
Sturdy clothes organizer. It was easy to assemble. It took me like 40 minutes. I think the handbook said estimated assembly time was 20 minutes. I¡¯m a pretty good DIYer so I think that¡¯s a stretch! Nevertheless, I do like it. It¡¯s worth the money.

Good dresser but has strong odor
I like the dresser itself. The fabric drawers come out completely and don¡¯t have a stopper. Mine came with a chemical smell. I think it just smells like when you open new furniture, but it smells a little bit too strong for me. I tried using dryer sheets and it worked for a little bit, but the odor started coming up again.

Great storage dresser for small spaces!
This was so easy to put together and looks great once assembled. Very spacious drawers that smoothly open and close. I love it! Highly recommend.

Everything was fine until the end
My package arrived when it said it would & was very easy to assemble, until the end when I realized that the back of the dresser where the holes are pre drilled for the bars that go behind it to help wit sturdiness was wrong. So I was only able to put on bar on the back instead of 2.

So happy I purchased this
I love this!! I put it together in about 20 minutes. It¡¯s more tedious that difficult. It¡¯s sturdy and hold a lot! It¡¯s on my closet and hold all of my beauty things. Deodorant, hair stuff etc. The drawers are nice and deep and soft. Sturdy too. Happy with it!

Highly recommend
Product came one day early which was nice! Very easy to put together. I did it by myself on about 30mins (directions says 2 person assembly). All pieces were there and fit in the holes with no issue. It comes with 2 long screws and support studs if you want to screw in the wall in ensure it doesnt topple over. I chose not to screw to wall bcuz I my want to move it around later. Overall great product, highly recommend!! One minor Down side is that it has this factory/chemical odor. It¡¯s not loud but somewhat noticeable. So you would probably want to air it out before putting it wherever. I didn¡¯t do this but at the time I don¡¯t plan on moving it to air out the smell. Just spray with Febreeze or something

Surprisingly good quality
For the price I actually wasn't expecting a huge amount from this. I was going to assemble it, throw it in my closet and pretty much forget about it. It's actually really nice though. Easy to assemble, pretty stable as an entire piece, and the drawers themselves are very good quality. Great looking wooden top as well. I honestly don't have any faults with this product at all. I bought another one for my partner after the fact.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
