Nice additional storage
Just what I was looking for to balance out wall mounted TV - nice additional storage. Unit does need to be anchored to wall as it is tall but not super stable. Metal frame is nice support but unit should be anchored. Very happy and would buy again

Exceeded Expectations
Super easy to put together, I'm a 57 year old female and it took me about 30 minutes, by myself. Looks very nice and perfect for what I needed it for.

Looks better in person
I was looking for something that could have lots of storage but not be super deep in dimensions because I had a small space to work with - this worked out perfectly! The the drawers can fit a lot and the look/materials look much better in person than they did online. It is also pretty study and easy to assemble. Overall satisfied with this purchase!

I love it
It's a lot better than I expected. Using it as a "dresser" for lighter clothing. It was easy to assemble. Even has fall prevention hook ups. The cubes are thicker than the ones you get from walmart. It looks really good. I would definitely purchase another one.

Very good product, it met our needs. The only thing that I wish it had was something to stop the drawers from coming all the way out. But other than that, I'm satisfied.

It took me no time to assemble and adds an extra warm and cozy touch to my room. It fits more than I expected and I am very pleased with this purchase.
Easy to assemble, looks pretty, sturdy and my cat's claws don't leave visible marks (it is has now a double duty as my cat's scratcher).

Easy to assemble. Because my husband put it together. Sturdy. Fits nice in my small 1/2 bathroom. Missing a part. See photo. Did not receive all the bottom drawers. Had to make a bottom out of cardboard. See photo. customer service was not very willing to help. It is a nice product. Just be warned. Might not come with all the parts.

Perfect fit
I needed extra storage in my walk in closet, which has limited space. Its a perfect fit! Im thinking of purchasing another 1 for my bed room. Quick & easy to assemble.
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
