Warm Tips

Please follow the assembly steps to install the product, if you find spare parts left, don't be worried, the left spare parts are prepared for bad ones if occurred.
Once you hand tighten all of your bolts into place, we are going to use our wrench to fully tighten into place.

So easy to use and not heavy. My husband fit everything out of the old wooden stand up dresser into this and everything fit nice and neat. He loves it!! Ordering a second one for myself next!

It was so easy to put together, it took me less than 5 minutes. I ordered this to hold art supplies and it is sturdy enough for that, the bins are spacious, and it adds a nice touch to the room.
As advertised. Very easy assembly. Great value.

It's not incredibly sturdy, but I didn't expect or need it to be. It's lightweight and super easy/quick to assemble. If you use it for its intended purposes, it's great. No complaints.

Delivered on time. I was able to assemble quickly. Item is as pictured and perfect for bras, underwear, socks, etc. The only downside - you can¡¯t pull the drawer out too much without it toppling over and coming completely out / falling. So just beware as you are pulling out the drawer.

Perfect for the price. I use them in my daughters room who is 11 months old. Haven¡¯t got her really furniture yet and I probably won¡¯t till she¡¯s a little older, this is perfect and cute!

I had a huge dresser that was taking up way too much space and I was looking to get something smaller. These worked out great.The Good:These are easy to assemble. The drawers are tall but not wide. Super light weight. Can hold an xbox or other similar weighted object on top of it without problem. I wouldn't suggest putting anything too heavy on them.The bad:This isn't really bad, but I do strongly recommend tightening the bolts after you assemble it and put it in place. This fixed my wobbling problem.
It clears up the clutter. I wish I would have bought both sooner.

I just purchased my second unit after having the first one for a week. I wish I would have gotten this product sooner. They are quality worth the price and if I see a need to in the future I will get more bedroom pieces from the same company.

This product would have been great. Unfortunately, everything was going smoothly with assembly until the last screw didn't go into one of the bottom rods. One of the holes in the rod was either crooked or too small for the screw so it would only go so far. So that part of the rod is loose and therefore the whole thing is wobbly and not sturdy. Very disappointed because other than that it looks great!

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
