I love my Crestlive storage tower! It wasn¡¯t too difficult to assemble and it¡¯s very sturdy. I have some decorative candles on top of mine and they stay put when I open and shut the drawers. The drawers also hold a lot of stuff! What I love most about it is that it looks really nice in the room! It¡¯s not cheap looking and it has really been convenient for me!

better than expected. absolutely loved it! good quality and so easy to put together . I think this was the easiest I've ever put anything together. only took 10 min to assemble after laying everything out. will order another one for my daughter's room for sure.

This product is very well-made and it was very easy to put together. I got it to use in one end of my walk-in closet and it fits very well between a row of hung items and my shoe wall. The drawers are generously sized for such a compact unit, and I really like the various shades of drawers. I got it to use for lingerie and the only thing I might have preferred would be two shallow drawers at the top for smaller items of underwear. I definitely recommend this item.

product looks great, needed something small for the closet. Its very convenient, drawers work good it¡¯s pretty stable looks great. One thing I noticed is it smells like a strong tea or something similar, not a bad smell but it lets you know it¡¯s there. Luckily it does not get on my clothes. My wife doesn¡¯t really smell it, or thinks it smells bad. Definitely the fabric. Overall it¡¯s a keeper

I loved how easy this was to set up by myself. It said it needed two people, and I tried to get my dog to help me¡however that didn¡¯t work.

I wasn't sure if this dresser would be sturdy enough but we've been very happy with the purchase. Super easy to assemble, drawers slide in and out nicely without buckling or bending, and has a decent storage capacity. I also like how light-weight it is for moving or rearranging the room. Will definitely be ordering another one now that we like this one so much.

It is very easy to assemble,I¡¯m 8 months pregnant and assembled this on my own. Super sturdy and has a good amount of storage space per drawer.

Despite the directions saying that this was a 2-person assembly, I found it pretty easy to get it put together by myself. I'm actually somewhat surprised & pleased with how sturdy/stable it is once it's together. My only criticism of it is that there was a very strong smell to it. The smell seems to be fading and, to be honest, it wasn't an entirely unpleasant smell -- it was almost like sandalwood. It definitely wouldn't put me off buying another one.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
