Once you hand tighten all of your bolts into place, we are going to use our wrench to fully tighten into place.

Love it!!!! At first it seemed confusing to put together but after starting the first shelf it was fairly easy. It is sturdy and fits my husband and my shoes neatly. I would recommend this product....

I really like this small dresser. It's exactly as advertised. The quality is a bit better than I thought. It's super easy to put together and it feels nice and sturdy. The drawers are a good size for things like socks, underwear or baby clothes/diapers.I would recommend that you measure out the size to see if it fits the space. It's fairly tall.

This is great for my closet to place clothing that needed to be placed in drawers. However, it could have been a little more sturdy but worked for my light weight clothing,

Despite the directions saying that this was a 2-person assembly, I found it pretty easy to get it put together by myself. I'm actually somewhat surprised & pleased with how sturdy/stable it is once it's together. My only criticism of it is that there was a very strong smell to it. The smell seems to be fading and, to be honest, it wasn't an entirely unpleasant smell -- it was almost like sandalwood. It definitely wouldn't put me off buying another one.

Love these. Got 2 and my hubby wanted to get 2 more. They surprisingly hold quite a bit of clothes. You wouldn't think so but I even put sweaters in them. Its been a couple months and no problems! Even have a bunch of stuff on top of them

Very easy to put together and looks amazing! It doesn¡¯t take up much space so I have it in a corner behind my bedroom door. I am in love with it and can¡¯t stop staring at it in my room. I am definitely buying more of these since I love to organize.

I was really pleased with this dresser! it was extremely easy to put together, arrived on time, and great price! The only thing I changed was I ordered different handles just to spruce it up a little bit. The ones that come with are fine, but I wanted gold.Definitely recommend this product

Very nice dressers. Smell is awful. It has been 2 weeks and the smell makes us ill. I have sprayed with Febreeze and a few days later Lysol.

It took my 5 year old and I less than 30 minutes to put together the drawer. A bit on the small side but the drawers are deep. I bought two of each and they fit perfect in my space.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
