Such a great desk
I’ve put together my fair share of furniture pieces and this was one of the best made ones I have done. Except for a couple of directions that the pictures were hard to follow, mostly the rails for the drawers, this was easy as pie and would have received 5 stars. It turned out beautifully and fits really well in a tight spot. Very happy with the purchase.

Sturdy
I've had my desk for almost 1 months. It's sturdy (holds desktop and extra monitor-mounted), has great drawer space, wipes up easily, and fits into a smaller space but yet still room for a keyboard and mouse. It looks great!

This deck is very well made, all holes for assembly were perfect and easy to put together.
It is very sturdy and the finish is good. Will be used as a craft desk. Liked it so much we ordered a second one for entry way. Impressed! -
Easy to assemble and looks great
This took a hours to assemble, all steps were clear and hardware made it easy, especially since I was able to do so myself. Sturdy and looks great in our guest bedroom.

Great desk!
Kudos to the engineering on this desk. Every single predrilled hole was exactly where it needed to be. Wish they had been marked with a number just like all the other pieces were. I put it together myself with a Phillips screwdriver as my only tool. Very pleased with how sturdy it is for the money.

A Nice Sturdy Desk
This is a beautiful two drawer desk that once assembled is very sturdy and functional. The finish is nice, no defects noted. The two drawers are very roomy and provide storage for pads of paper, staplers, pens, pencils, and other office necessities.

I was afraid it was going to be flimsy wood because of it's price, but it was the opposite!!! Love this desk!
Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.
Shipping
Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
