Warm Tips :

Please list all parts as below first to check if any part is missing and make assembly easier.

And please follow the assembly steps to install the stools, if you find screws left, don't be worried, the left screws are prepared for bad screws if occured.

If you find stools uneven when assembled, please loosen the 8 screws on the bars, and then retighten these screws until stools are adjusted to be even.

    The seat seem well built and are a nice addition to the outside room I just added, the directions are somewhat tricky and the illustrations aren't as accurate as they could be.... When following the instructions be sure to not tighten everything in step A, leave loose so that the seat will fit in easily and the rest is easy.

    We just put the chairs together and they go well with our patio furniture. These are very sturdy. I would recommend these chairs.

    Love these patio barstools. Easy to assemble and very comfortable. Only issue is the rubber caps over the hardware do not stay on very well. We super glued then but they still come off. Need to locate replacements. Overall great chair highly recommend.

    These are very comfortable, attractive chairs. We needed them for our outdoor Bar on our deck overlooking the lake. These were perfect.

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
