I like the color and sturdiness of it. Once it's all together, it doesn't feel cheap at all. I gave it only 4 stars because it didn't come with the instructions and I couldn't find any instructions online. I've put together many of these types of furniture throughout the years, so I was able to put it together without the instructions, but it would have saved me a lot of time!

The desk is beautiful and perfect size for what we needed. The hutch fits chromebook/laptop perfectly so it works as we wanted for my daughter's distance learning as she's able to keep laptop infront of her and has desk space free for her books/paper etc.. When I first put in the drawers they wouldn't fit in properly or close right but after moving them around and trying to get them in so they would be flat against desk when closed I managed to put them in the right way and they closed the normal way they should. Over all thickness of material should be better so that it wouldn't puncture holes easily on route for deliveries. Also this took me 6hrs to put together by myself with only 1 bathroom break.

It¡¯s a great desk, it takes a while to build the whole thing but the instructions are amazing. Might need two people to build it up, I was home alone and I did it my self, took me a bit longer though.

I love how much storage space this desk has, it looks great, & fits much better in my room, but. It took me a total of 6 hours to get it put together, written instructions would have helpful. All in all, awesome desk.
Beautiful desk! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful desk. Takes some time and patience to assemble but worth it. Took four hours to put together by myself. No written instructions, but just look at the detailed pictures before you follow each step. Make sure you count the holes to see which hole to put the screw in and it all works out fine. Pretty sturdy. Should.have two people to put the upper part on the desk. Kinda heavy and big for one person. Definitely recommend this desk!!!

It is very sturdy and has plenty of drawer storage. I love the small hutch for keeping smaller items organized as well.

Product itself it perfect. Seller was great to deal with. However the desk had some issues (chipped, cracked in 2 spots, not drilled or drilled in wrong place) . Seller and I resolved it fast and fairly. They were great to deal with. Great value. My boys love their new desk

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipping

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
