Great umbrella for a large shaded area. It definitely takes 2 to assemble but not too difficult.

Made in the AZ Shade
Perfect for our yard to keep the patio and new puppies shaded during outside visits during the sunny days. Our patio takes the morning sun, so this allows pups to play in play area as we sip coffee and train them. We liked one so much we ordered a second. Purchase strong support to hold them down. We have an occasional wind tunnel coming through and tipped one. Purchased more sand filled holders to secure it. Love the ease of up and down. Very good value.

Excellent quality!
Purchased this to replace a slightly cheaper one I had used for a couple of years. The difference in quality is remarkable. This arrived very promptly, was very well and securely boxed, and was incredibly easy and quick to assemble alone. It is also very simple and effortless to adjust, and looks fantastic. Highly recommended.

Took a bit of time to pick this one out but it is great. Easy to set up, true to colors and sturdy. Definitely need to anchor it but perfect once you do.

Beautiful, sturdy cloth, worth the price.
These umbrellas are sturdy and beautiful. Easier to operate compared to other cantilever umbrellas. I ordered 2 of the 10 foot ones in blue.. It is the exact color of the blue so easy to order matching patio pillows.. Bright, vivid color. They cover all of my outdoor furniture. providing a large area of shade for seating.

Perfect! Order weights too!
This umbrella is the absolute best! It was super easy to get put together, however, weights are needed for use. Make sure to order those weights, we filled ours with sand, or the umbrella is unable to stand. Opening and closing the umbrella is easy and easy to adjust to the needed height and easy to move side to side. We feel lucky to have this umbrella provide so much shade!

Great umbrella but tips over unless weighed down
Have to have lots of weight or bolt it down to prevent tipping over but other than that no problems.

Sturdy and easy to set up. Worth the extra money I was going to spend. I did add some brackets 5o the base set I purchased.

Lacking instructions
Great shade but poor instructions. I ended up with ¡° M¡± screws with nowhere to put them! Guess I will wait and see what falls off! Impressive and sturdy!

Returns Policy
Return Conditions:
1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).
2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.
4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
Steps:
1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
3.Drop off your package at the local post office.
4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time.
