The UV protective and fade-resistant canopy is spread over 8 ribs with a single wind vent for 3-year color fastness in the sun that allows for wind and air to be safely “vented” through your umbrella.

    We are very impressed with the durability of this umbrella! We¡¯ve had it for a little over two months and have used it nearly every day to block sun from entering our house. To keep it nice we close it every night and plan to buy a cover for the winter.It¡¯s easy to tilt and swivel and very sturdy. We bought a compatible base and filled with water (plenty of weight to balance).It was fairly easy to assemble (~30 minutes). Would definitely recommend. This completely transformed our backyard deck and reduced the heat in our house during summer months!

    So I didn¡¯t realize assembly would be required¡­ but it was simple and straightforward. And this is the THIRD umbrella I¡¯ve purchased, (others were poor quality and lasted one season ).. You need to purchase weights for the base separately.I don¡¯t write reviews¡­ever.But the quality is really surprising. The zipper pockets where the ¡°arms¡± reside, the weight of the fabric, the quality of the metal. The arm to stabilize the umbrella is key. Trust me. I live in the Midwest and without that support arm, you are throwing your money away.

    Beautiful. Great shade. Very sturdy and well made, but a pain to put together, but I managed to do it by myself. I don¡¯t recommend putting together by yourself. Love the way it looks. Looks super expensive!

    It's beautiful. We bought the 10x10 tan for our very large deck. It's gorgeous. Gorgeous! However, it takes two strong men to put one up this size. And I mean two strong men. My husband said the directions are pretty much non existent. We had to look up how to close it. But the value for the money, and the size and the color! All fantastic. Let's see how it survives the summer.

    This thing is AMAZING!!!!!!! Our old one broke and was looking for something that had more coverage and was sturdy. THIS IS IT!!!! We have a big backyard and it covers everyone sitting in the patio furniture. So well made and easy to put together. So worth it!!!

    This canopy is huge! Make sure you have the space for it.I stupidly did not buy the base for it ut its nothing 4x 50lbs sandbags can't handle.Easy to assemble and easy to use. I do worry about gusts of wind so on windows days I either put it down or I secure it with a rope...which works very well. Summers already over but I can't wait to use this again next year!

    This umbrella is awesome! It is HUGE and exactly what we wanted. It is very solid and easy to put together. You do need weights to hold it from falling if any wind comes, but we just bought 4 sand bags for $3 ea and that works perfectly, but our base is behind our couch so you don't see it, if your base if visible, you may want something nicer. SO worth the money this umbrella!

Returns Policy

Return Conditions:

1.All products can be returned, exchanged and refunded within 30 days from the date of purchase; as long as the product is packaged in the original product and contains all the accessories in the original shipment (unused and packaged intact).

2.Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3.If the product has quality problems, we will bear all the costs of return, exchange, etc.For returns and exchanges that are not caused by quality problems, if the customer returns or exchanges due to subjective reasons, the customer shall bear the freight for the return and exchange.

4.We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Steps:

1.Please contact Customer Service at service@crestliveproducts.com , indicating the item(s) you would like to return or exchange and the reason. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2.After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.

3.Drop off your package at the local post office.

4.Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to you. And once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

TIPS:All returned items will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method. Any refund initiated for any reason will be charged a restocking fee of $10; if the customer returns due to subjective reasons, the shipping fee and restocking will be deducted from the refund fee.

Shipment takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Currently we just ship to the continental U.S., not including Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam or Alaska. * Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes. * Please email us at service@crestliveproducts.com within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
